don't want to miss a thi-ing

Labor Day is behind us, school's begun and there were times this week when I even felt a slight chill in the air. It's been a rather gloomy and rainy start here in New England, but the change from summer to fall is invigorating nonetheless.

On Tuesday, I put Levi in socks for the first time in months and found out that all of his pajamas are a few inches too short (he's slept in a diaper since May). The basket of cozy living room throws was brought out of the closet and windows that were open are slowly closing. I purchased my first pumpkin coffee and sipped from it happily all day long...

Who knows, I'm probably getting ahead of myself. It might be 90 degrees again next week and we'll be heading off to the beach, but for now I'm feeling rather autumn-ish. My husband tells me this *could* be over kill (like I haven't heard that one before!) but I just don't want to miss a thing (cue Aerosmith).

So without further adieu..

The Autumn List.

(you know you're gonna love it, sweetie...)

  2. Happy autumn, Kerrie! I'm with you. I even like the rain, and I've happily noticed some leaves changing color this week.

  3. And... it was like 80 degrees this weekend, and brutally humid. :) But I've been seeing fall pins show up on pinterest for several weeks now, and now that it's September with all it's Salem State traffic nightmare here on Lafayette, I'm ready for fall too. See you around Kerrie.

    1. Yep, as soon I hit "post" it got all hot and muggy. I'm glad I can usually stay off Lafayette and miss the traffic, but I know it's brutal when classes start up. Yes, I hope we see you around too! With all the Salem walks we both take, funny we don't see you more often. :)
