He would fit right in here at my place of employment - Sewanee (University of the South). I see bow ties...lots of them...on an hourly basis. Purple is the fav color here...purple and gold. Together. On the same tie.
Phyllis, I think our husbands are awfully alike! :) Paula, YES, I can't totally see that on a southern college campus. I love that my husband teaches 8th grade dressed like an old college professor!
