Handmades - Part III

Before Levi was born, he was gifted with lots and lots of beautiful handmades. Remember these? And this

Well, they've just kept coming! Look what the little guy has been blessed with, as of late....

One of Levi's "Yemeni Aunts", Jasmine, finished and sent his Hope Blanket. It is soft and beautiful and honestly, I get choked up sometimes when I see it. She prayed and prayed for my little baby as she knit and her prayers were answered. Boy, were they answered!
Longtime friend/mother of a friend from high school (I even went to "school" at her house for a while!), Melanie, hand knit these beauties.  I can't wait till he grows into them. So soft and warm!
My Mom, made this lovely quilt and brought it to the hospital when Levi was born.  He loves to play on it and the colors are gorgeous.
My dear friend Liz (and seamstress extraordinarre) made the little guy this cute tractor pillow to match his nursery.  So adorable!
And what about this awesome owl toy!? My friend, Annie, (who also made my nursing cover that I use daily) made this little guy and Levi already loves looking and batting at it. I think this might be his only handmade toy - cool!

This is one lucky little boy!

  2. awwww, Levi makes my blanket look so good. I feel so privileged to have had a small tangible way to love and pray for this little guy. I can't wait to snuggle him, hopefully someday soon!!
