"Summer" Scarf

I finally finished my first knitting project (man, crocheting is so much faster!). So here, on the hottest day of the year, I'm sporting my brand new skinny scarf complete with a few crocheted flowers attached to one side to add some pizazz.

My pattern was very simple. Knit 2, Purl 2... a nice ribbed stitch.  This project was really just to get me used to making both stitches and switching off between them. I crocheted the little flowers and I usually just make these up as I go.  You can always google "how to make crocheted flowers", if you're interested.

So here she is...just in time for summer. :)
