right now..

..I'm taking advantage of these last few daddy-at-home days and trying to finish my Salem painting (yup, the same one I started in April. Oy!) ... painted most of the day yesterday and planning to continue today. 

As usual, I went through times of excitement, frustration, pure aesthetic joy, and of course the old "Brian, hand me the matches... I'm going to burn this painting right now, right here!". It's a good thing I live with another temperamental artistic soul who goes through the same emotional turmoil on a regular basis..'cause I don't know who else would put up with these mood swings. :)

Here's to hopin' I finish the darn thing before NEXT April!
