Give Thanks

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; his love endures forever.
Psalm 107:1

During the month of November, in honor of Thanksgiving, those in the James household will list their thanks publicly on an easel in the heart of the living room(idea inspired by Ann). A wrought iron easel, a blank drawing pad, a homemade stamp, a grateful heart; we're ready to list our thanks. We look forward to keeping this new tradition throughout the years, November after November, recording and remembering the bountiful gifts God has given us.

  4. visiting from Ann's also. Yay for 900 gifts! I stopped when I reached my first thousand ... and my friends noticed my negative attitude creeping back in. And so, I keep making lists... and reading others' for inspiration towards a more grateful life. Thanks for sharing!

  12. I have been enjoying your blog for a few weeks now. (I'm pretty sure I found you through Ann's.)

Not sure why your house is called the sea Kettle. Do tell. But your name is what caught my attention - love it.

Your paintings, and your husbands, too, your photography, I love it all. Last week's gratitude cards in the leaves were lovely.

I grew up in Andover, so you are a link to my past. I'll be back.

I hit the three hundred mark today. Keep counting,

    Dawn
